I had the chance to attend the Slap Yo Daddy BBQ class this past weekend and all I can say is WOW. Harry is so knowledgeable and entertaining. He will not only push you to become a better Pit Master but also a better human. The food that was cooked was incredible. We had tuna, several different sausages, chicken, ribs, pork butt and brisket. I was so full I could barely move and Harry was still carving the pork butt and brisket. I would encourage anyone to attend this class if they can, the lunch alone is worth the money! Once in a lifetime experience to eat so much food prepared by a Grand Champion.
