So, inspired by my new best Friends, Tony and Maribel I made a sound investment

Shop Rite had on sale today, Angus Sirloin Flap Meat. I got me some. Listened to Tony and marinated the meat for a few hours in Orange Juice, Lime Juice, Cilantro, and some of the Merito. Oh and a half a yellow onion. Here we go Carne Asada

Got the Rice going and the Stubbs, seasoned the meat with the Merito.

On the OTG with some of my favorite Beer in hand. I got to tell you Guy's, I have tried and enjoyed hundreds of different beers but never had anything that is better than Blue Moon IMHO

These were quite frankly the best tasting Tacos I have had period. The CEO and #4 who is home from Penn State for the holiday fell in love with it.

Tony my Friend, anyone who doubts you does so at his own risk.
Thanks for the inspiration and sharing of your ideas.
