Sounds GREAT!Brewed an American Pale Lager based on the grain bill from Sierra Nevada Beer Camp, my own hop bill using Aussie and NZ hops, and Diamond yeast.
Got it kegged and drinking a sample. Pretty dang good and came out at 6.5% ABV - .2% higher than expected.Reminds me that I've got an APA still in the fermenter after 3 weeks. Gotta get it kegged!
After a couple of 90-degree days, it cooled down to a high of 80 and windy today. Was planning on grilling a couple of flat irons for Mother's Day but with winds close to 30 this afternoon, went with a skillet.Hope everyone is having a good Sunday.
Sunny and very warm here in SoCal - perfect for a cold brew.

Would love to get some heat here. It's been cooling down into the 40s within minutes of the sun setting. Though honestly Friday, yesterday and today were outstanding days. After a couple of 90-degree days, it cooled down to a high of 80 and windy today.
