Beer Brats

Hi gang! My weekend started off with a bang: I got clipped by some knucklehead running a red light! I'm OK; my truck, not so much. Three vehicles involved, no blood, Happy Friday. Most importantly, this didn't break and the Brats were safe!



I got these



from here



The Pepper Tree Sausage House here in town. Great place, he makes all his own sausages - I posted about his Pinwheels before. Brats in the bath



and on the grill, after the turn (man, time for spring cleaning, Brian!)



onion, Jalapeno and shrooms in the CI



Brats are going to be served on these



which came from here



Yulys Bakery, our local panaderia. That's cream cheese and Jalapenio baked into the roll. Good, real good!

assembled and enjoyed, with sweet potato oven fries
