Mandolin thin sliced sweet onions, two of them. EVOO in a CIS.

both the sautéed and raw onions with more sharp cheddar under the sausage,
then the very last of the garden fresh tomatoes quartered atop...

This makes me want to move. To Blair Wisconsin, where almost 10% use Norwegian as their daily language. No language barriere.. :)
