Beer Brats & Beer

If you're from Wisconsin, you eet brats. Alot. I am & I do.
Mandolin thin sliced sweet onions, two of them. EVOO in a CIS.

upper deck, beer brats.

lower deck, cheddar and jalapeno brats.

all together now...

and, just about eetable...

...now they are.
both the sautéed and raw onions with more sharp cheddar under the sausage,
then the very last of the garden fresh tomatoes quartered atop...

sautéed peppered baby carrots and baby oven roasted Yukons in-between.

These brats are from RAY'S BUTCHER SHOPPE in Greenfield Wisconsin.

Those look amazing, Jim! I've had Ray's sausages many times, and have to agree, they are excellent. If you are ever in the area again, I'd highly recommend stopping in to Karl's Country Market in Menomonee Falls. This has become my new go-to for any and all sausages.
