I was thinking about beer brats for a while and it's Time to cook them!
I used pecan for smoke and settled the 26 OTG for indirect smoke round 250F.
After 1 hour IT was 165F and I pulled off.
In the mean time I heated the beer in the a pot, but just a little. Not to hot to avoid boiling brats.
30 minutes of beer brats and for me dinner was ready.
