Ok. Now you've really got my attention... My wife's kitchen aid just sits on to of our fridge. Now it looks like I have a reason to use it.. Could you please give some details on how to make these...recipe/blend for the meat and such..as those things look great and I would love to do a venison version. Also, Mathew and cliff, what version of the meat grinder and attachments are you guys using? A quick look on amazon yielded quite a few options.
