I bought Uruguayan Chuck tender and used for this cook.
Suárez Beef Kabobs?
Chuck tender, perfectly trimmed, cut into pieces and marinated overnight.
The ingredients in the marinade:
soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, fruit puree (pear, apple, kiwi, pineapple), lemon juice, corn syrup, garlic, red wine and black pepper.
Meat separately and vegetables separately on skewers
potatoes first
after about 15 minutes add kabobs
few action shots
turned a few times and all brushed with marinade

and served with Feta cheese/EVOO/dried oregano on the veggie
nice colorful and tasty meal
