I bought Uruguayan Chuck tender and used for this cook.
Suárez Beef Kabobs?

Chuck tender, perfectly trimmed, cut into pieces and marinated overnight.
The ingredients in the marinade:
soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, fruit puree (pear, apple, kiwi, pineapple), lemon juice, corn syrup, garlic, red wine and black pepper.
Meat separately and vegetables separately on skewers

Visual eye candy! Love the fx on the pics. And, oh yeah, love how you kept the meat on seperate sticks from the veggies! Easier to make sure each gets cooked as desired! I would have devoured everything!
