I never thought I would BBQ bone-in chicken thighs on anything but my kettle, especially Fried chicken. The SmokeFire is a most worthy contender

After 25 minutes. I was expecting 45 minutes, but it was done at 25 minutes. I think next time I'll cook at 400, maybe 425. 450 is probably too much

Looking forward to this 4th of July Weekend, I'm going to have some fun with the SmokeFire. Hope everyone's weekend is safe and enjoyable
 
Chuck looks like you now have to recook all your favorite meals again on this new cooker as it makes them all look so good and does it in a different way.
I will sit back enjoy and watch the movie of your future cooks.

If you can strangle that recipe out of your son, I'll definitely give it a try. LOL
 
Thanks everyone, having a great time with this grill. My son's tuition is coming due, I think I'll hold up the payment until he cuts loose the breading recipe. It's really quite good if I don't say so myself
