wednesday was CHICKENday. breasts stuffed with asiago cheese, then covered with BC and seasoned with Galena Street.

...and ready to eet.

very yummy.
thursday was PIGday. tenderloin marinated in a caribbean jerk bath then .... well. I grilled it.

with a couple of sliced Idaho potatoes seasoned with pepper and a salsa-style rub.

the weather was remarkable... we stepped outside the...

...to grill tonight's dinner.

a little apple wood was used for smoke...

grilled to a nice 145ºF temp then tented... sliced .... and,

served.

fresh veggies dansé on the dinner plate.

i eet pretty good.
