Made one of my favorite Italian dishes. Its quick, easy and tastes really good.

Cooked up some ground turkey, added a jar of spaghetti sauce and added some Italian seasoning.

Cooked some pasta al dente, added the meat sauce, some smoked Dublinger cheese I need to use up and Cottage cheese, we like it better than Ricotta.

Topped it with some Mozzarella

Cooked it covered for 20 minutes and uncovered for 15 minutes

Plated with some Normandy style veggies cooked in a foil pack on the grill and topped with some 3 cheese blend.

Now this is a great looking dinner.
My neighbors are always coming over when I grill. I can't wait to see their faces when they see this on the grill.

Good stuff John...I bet it was good with that Irish cheese..I make this about once a week but not on the grill!! I add a few grilled Italian sausages chunked up in mine but yours looks super..yum!!!

That looks superb. A very nice dish, and as Morgan said, haven't thought about doing it on the grill.well done

That looks really great! Barb and I were just talking about doing some dishes that we do in the oven on the grill to keep the heat out of the house during the summer. We weren't quite sure how it would work and you gave us the answer, thanks for sharing.

Looks tasty. Reminds me of a scene from The Soparnos tv show where the boy says "what no ****ing ziti"
