Bacon Wrapped Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken

Seeing if this works. photobucket won't accept uploads, trying Google Photos to see if I can post tonight's forthcoming dinner

My stuffing: One cube of philly cheese, approx the same amount of shredded Mexican flavor cheese, bacon bits from some homemade bacon. Add a little rub that will be used later

Cored peppers stuffed with the good stuff

Prep the bacon wrap and filet chicken breast, put the stuffed popper in

Wrap it up

Busy BBQ

Finish them on the grill

can you smell that?

Very fun cook. The chicken was too tough for the pepper, I think next time I'll pound the chicken, that should tender it up some
