As some of you know, I missed Smoke Day and a week at the grill due to side effects from meds for high blood pressure.
The pills I'm on now are working fine, no problems yet, and I'm back to my old self.
Saturday I grilled a few wings dusted with SYD rub from Mr Soo's recipe.
One grill shot of Sunday's dinner, chicken breasts, corn, and baked potato.
Last night it was burgers and tots.
A light sprinkle of salt, then a heavy sprinkle of Weber's salt free steak on mine, and a light sprinkle on Jo's.
After a sear I slid the GrillGrate to the side to monitor temperature, when they hit 150F on went the cheese.
Provolone on mine, and Jo's funky diet "cheese" on hers.
Bbq sauce, dill pickles and bacon on mine.
All meals tasted great, it feels good to be back on my feet burning some charcoal.
