I decided to cook some baby backs and a fattie.


Baby backs.


Slathered with mustard. I like to get it everywhere.


Rubbed up. I'm a fan of the Southern Succor rub from the Renowned Mr. Brown recipe on the virtual bullet site. Nice and simple and good.


Fatty prepared. Its filled with cream cheese, grated sharp cheddar and canned green peppers. I probably doubled a sane amount of filling. It was amazing but not photogenic.


On the WSM close to the end. Ribs are coated with the Salt Lick sauce, one of my favorites.

WOW!!! That is awesome cook Dustin. The ribs and fatty looks so yummy you nail that one.
 

Here's a picture of the sliced fatty from today's leftover plate. Like I said I put about twice as much stuffing as any sane person would. It wasn't pretty but it was tasty!
