No Webers (or any grills, for that matter) involved, but this has been one of my new found joys.  I always thought the concept was sort of bland until a couple months ago, when I stumbled on someone that had made it topped with a soft boiled egg.  The picture of it looked absolutely delicious, so I decided to give it a try.  I dice the avocado and season with just S&P, then mash it up a bit. The soft boiled eggs are actually steamed in about 3/4" of water for 6 minutes - this time works perfectly on large eggs, other sizes would require an adjustment.  I use a store bought, 27 grain and seed sandwich bread from Wegmans.  I smear on the avocado, split the egg, then drizzle a few drops of green Sriracha.  Good stuff!
