Another Weber Recipe

Barb and I did another Weber recipe last night from the same book as the other one Weber’s Charcoal Grilling. The Art of Cocking with Live Fire.
It was Jalapeno and Avocado Cheeseburgers.

Barb diced up some jalapeno, red onion and cilantro and mixed in our freshly ground chuck roast. Cheese was pepper jack.
The JJ got the call and used RO briquettes
Tots and fries for the sides done on the gasser.
Going to be over 100 every day for the next 10 days so no cooking in the house.

Here’s some pictures of the cook

These were really simple to make and very good also.

Thanks for stopping by.

I've done that recipe a couple of times. Excellent recipe. Yours look delicious Rich. We have the same forecast here too. Sunday 109, Monday 109 and Tuesday 110!

Looks great!

Hmm. 3 burgers, 2 Dahls...

I freeze the ground meat in one pound packages and now that we getting older we don't eat as much as we use to. So Barb started making the patties a little smaller for us and that's why three patties. Will freeze the extra and have it for lunch later on splitting a burger between us, works out well that way.

Good looking burgers!

I've been making quarter pounders of late & they are still too big for my wife.
