two porterhouse pork chops were grilled to an internal temp of 138ºF then foil tented...

served up with ^yeah, short post, it was COLD outside^ iron skillet taters and oven roasted cauliflower

Nice cook Jim. We're only in the high twenties here, nothing like you. Just hamburgers tonight though. Your brew is appropriate! :)
 
9*F friggin degrees. OUCH. I was grillin a steak in spittin rain last night. The temps were warm but dropped overnight and the deck was a bit slippery this AM when I fired up the WSM for a small butt.
 
Delicious looking chops and sides Jim! If I lived up there I would make
sure it was next to you so I wouldn't have to grill in the cold. I would just
watch you through the window and then need to "borrow" something about the
time dinner came off the grill! :D
 
Jim you're one tuff dude and thats a great looking plate considering the conditions! With a temp of 9 I wouldn't even think of grilling, although I did the chuck eyes in 14 degree weather I won't do it again. Going to drag out and polish up the crock pot and dutch oven and wait till spring BRRRRRRRRRRRR!
