we did carne asada as well last night - We started by marinating a flank steak over night - We had scored some really nice heirloom tomatoes, so I did a little hybrid roasted / fresh salsa

We had onions and peppers from the garden - roasted the corn, Anaheim's and onions. Used the tom and jalapenos as is.

...kicked things off with some caprese salad with basil from the garden and some other of the heirlooms...

I was feeling a little lazy, so I did it on the gasser - it was also north of 100 degrees and windy so I didn't feel like pressing my luck....
