Picked up a nice siz Chuck Steak on sale, enough for me and the CEO. Had half a bottle each of Hoboken Eddie's TBone Tickler and Lawry's Steak and Chop, combined them well and put them in a bag with the steak for about six hours.

On the table with some sweet corn, very tender and the combo marinade was superb

Nice work Bill...good looking meal right there...I'm drinking the same beer tonight while watching the game!!

Looks tasty Bill. If you cook chuck steak med. rare is it pretty tender?

Very tender, but marinating it is a big plus for a lot of cuts. Seems a little different each time I buy it. Cook it to medium and it does get tough, at least in my experience. This piece, marinated melted in your mouth.
