Adobo bacon and pulled pork tacos

From my recent butt cook and bacon smoke.

Cooked the corn tortillas in a little bacon fat until bubbly.

Hung over the grate to form.

Hatch roasted chile pepper sauce, lettuce, and cheese added.

Heck of a lunch yesterday!
