Sorry about the absence, been a busy couple of weeks had family from Italy and have been entertaining and stuff plus working so I apologize for anything
I missed.
Anyhow, picked up some inside skirt and got it all lined up for a Carne Asada.

Thanks John, made a few dishes for them mostly good steaks but the CEO did 90% of the cooking, all Italian stuff. Put on a few pounds the past couple of weeks
