Picked myself up some Kingsford last week.
Decided it was time to bolster my freezer leftovers with some pepper stout beef. Veggies.
Roasts about ready to come off.
Can't forget this very important part of the procedure.
After lounging in the pool for a while.
Plated up with last summer's sweet corn and a Maker's Mark Old-Fashioned. And yes, I did manage to get a little bit of PSB into the freezer bags too.
And since it 39 degrees and dumping cold rain right now, a little something that feels more like spring is supposed to.
