Lately it's been busy over here.... Trying to keep up with TVWBB. I do see the cooks but I'm only browsing and not commenting. Sorry guys. Everyone is doing a great job.

It's the original "comal" it's made from cast iron. This are plow disc.

I'll say you've been busy!

Too late Brian, It's okay though, Tony is one of the masters on the forum and I enjoy watching his culinary talent. I also am starting to take away ideas from every cook I look at to see what I can use and modify to my new diet.
One I picked up on is corn tortilla tacos, corn tortillas are very low in sodium and fat, with a lean meat LS cheese and plenty of veggies, add a side of homemade beans (not canned) high fiber, LS and very tasty. Just an example of what I'm looking at.
Sorry Tony didn't mean to ignore you or steal your thread, all of those are great cooks as always thanks for sharing.
 
Great cooks Tony, like Rich said you and everyone else has giving us lots of ideas. Will be getting some done after the trip to Cal. next week. We'll fave as we go by your area Tony. Thanks for sharing your great cooks they are awesome.
