600 Pizza's

Last night for the 600 we did some pizza's on the rotten green egg. My pizza cooker. Sure does do a guud pizza. Deb made the dough from the recipe in the green egg book. While she was making the pizza's I got the egg up to temp. Here is the 1st pizza ready to go on. It has hamburger, bacon, pepperoni, onions, peppers & mozzarella cheese.
Into the egg, slipped a little as it went off the pizza peel. Oh well, still came out guud
First one is ready to eat, 2nd one is in the cooker.

2nd one is ready to eat. They sure were guud.
Actually the pizza's were way better than the race itself.
