I found four pork tenderloins in the freezer (piece / lb) for this cook.
PTs were in brine 3 hours.
After removing from the brine, seasoned (my home made rub)

I had nice weather here for BBQ
temps about 250 F, a few cherry pieces for smoke
I sprayed apple juice on this beauty
the internal temperature about 135 F
after searing at 145 F
inside
and on the plate
with mashed potatoes, creamy shrooms and greek salad
