4 pork tenderloins +++

Mildo

TVWBB Guru
Hi, my people.

I found four pork tenderloins in the freezer (piece / lb) for this cook.
PTs were in brine 3 hours.
After removing from the brine, seasoned (my home made rub)

Thanks for your time, my friends.

Great looking cook and plate, the pictures are incredible! I've never considered tying loins together like that, I will try it.

That's a great plate. Nice trick to tie 4 tenderloin together, it is noted in my ace-up-the-sleeve book.

It looks super.
I was wondering why there is a pine in your backyard!!!???? Then I check your signature and I got: another European bbqer!

Gotta tell ya Mildo... checkin' out your grillin'/cookin' is always a gas, man!
You're diggin' up fresh ideas all the time!

Mildo post some of the best cooks on this forum, i humbly say thank you for some of the ideas you have given to all of us.

Keep up the great cooks and presentations.

Wow Mildo - great cook and very creative idea to tie the tenderloins together like that. It almost looks like a loin roast you would get at a discount club. I bet that was super tender! How about a recipe for those mushrooms?

Regards,

John

Beautiful Post, Mildo! As all the others have said: wonderful pictures, very creative, looks delicious and you have a pine tree in your backyard :) Whats not to like?

Can only Europeans have pine trees in their backyard? I better get the chainsaw out then. Great imaginative cook once again Mildo.
