Please let me understand the reason why you wrapped it in BP. Just for breathing while resting? Instead of foiling which could moist the bark? Other reason I can't get?

Sorry, not sure how long it was seared, I pulled it at 130.

I have 1000 feet of BP, so I have to use it for something besides briskets.
Normally I tent with foil, figured this would be just as good and save the more expensive foil.
