2010 revisited... Beef Ribs

did this cook in December 2010 prior to the pigvilion.

it must of been windy, no doubt cold....

must have made some crash hot potatoes 'cuz it looks like that's it here...

looks like the ribs turned out fine...

...added carrots and onions...

dinner sure looks good...
