I wanna like lamb. I've had it one time in 52 yrs that I liked. Yours looks great!

The ribs and schrimp are also nicely done.
 
Been working in Santa Barbara since i posted this thread, so thanks for your nice words.
I'm not a big beef eater, so pork,lamb and chicken are my go to smoker friends.
This week i tried some shrimp and i will be smoking them again.

Sean RW every spice/rub is of personal taste, but the Trader Joe's coffee rub has it all.
ingredients: coffee, brown sugar, sea salt, sugar, roasted garlic, onion flakes,
smoked paprika flakes, red bell pepper, pepper, don't know what this is clemengold rinds.

I like it as it is not coffee overpowering but has a good flavor.

James Lake I think you could have gotten at least another sausage on it!

LOL, I had some Burgundy Wine chicken wings i almost tried to fit in some place on that smoke.

Luke P Mysterious tasty six packs of beer were found on my porch today, hope the hot weather
didn't ruin them since i haven't been home since i posted this.
