after the major part of the storm settled, ribs on the 26"OTG did also (about half past noon)

seasoned with BBQ3000 + Pig Salt Co. BBQ Seasoning

meanwhile, sweet taters were scalped and skilleted...

...and ribs were sauced with Blues Hog + Blues Hog Tennessee Red

later, served with steamed asparagus and those sweet potatoes

then next day, got some chuck eyes all seasoned up with some other good stuff supplied by another great member of this great forum;)
a few green peppers along for the ride.

then served with Brussels sprouts and thirds of Yukons skillet-style

and finally,.... Oktoberfest bratwurst in November....

slowly grilled semi-indirect to keep hold of alllll diese wunderbaren Zutaten in...

then served up with sautéed onions, carrots and gaaaalic with old sun pickles on the side.

Nice Jim...you weathered the storm and cooked up a feast dude!! I could go for all that right now!! Nice cooking buddy! Glad the storm was uneventful for ya!!
 
Wow Jim, that's quite the grilling triathlon you completed there! Everything looks terrific, but I think I'm most enamored by the chuck eyes, since I've never had the opportunity to try that cut.
 
Daaayum, good looking food there Jim. That was a crazy day up in Milwaukee too. Thoughts and prayers go out to all those affected by the storm in Illinois that day.
 
Jim, while I was up hunting you were obviously eating very well as always. Beautiful cooks oh by the way, better give those packers a kick in the butt.
 
Most excellent, even though you'all have me so Weberized (now up to 7 grills)
