Total cook time about 9 hours, first 2 at 225-235, the rest at 260-285.
Results were excellent, could have been a bit more moist, but I'm no Aaron Franklin.

Thanks for the visit, have a great week!

That is one fantastic brisket. Those slices are perfect and what a beautiful smoke ring. Your camera is fantastic, as well as your skill as a photographer! May I ask what camera you use. I'm going to be upgrading soon and just would like to know what's out there. Great job, Bob.

A bit of theory for this photo Bob: You've finished cooking in a time when were not ideal conditions for shooting handheld. The larger the aperture value increases the time. You were lazy to use a tripod or external light, for the reason ISO is higher. Am I wrong?;)
What ISO you've set for this shot?

All in all, a wonderful cook and for me you're like Aaron Franklin. Great post and pics my friend. Your Brisket looks awesome!!!
And thanks;)

Nice cook, Bob. Really looks good.

And now that I know what "50mm @ f 2.4" means and have a camera that can do it, I like the pics that much more. ;)

Thanks everyone for the kind comments!

Adam, yes, I really like the Black Ops rub.

Cliff, pics taken with a Pentax K-01.

Mildo, you nailed it, I'm lazy :)
Good eye my friend!
that f16 shot was handheld, natural light, at ISO 25600.
I had the camera set to aperture priority, and auto ISO.
In truth, with the excellent shake reduction on this camera, I could have lowered the ISO a few notches for less noise.

Thanks Bob. It was not a criticism from me, but rather a technical question:). I am from you, sir, I really learned a lot - take pictures, and cook on the Webera, and decency, etc... Thanks again.
