They were really good, I pulled them earlier than I usually do, they were heck of juicyHow did they taste?
I cut one up into tiny chunks and put it in my breakfast burritoNice!!! No buns or condiments? Beer?
Just put a bottle of Octoberfest in the freezer for game # 2. Sausages appear to be working rather wellSame comment as Robert, except in reverse order!

When I put them on, the pit was maybe 250 and an hour later when I pulled them off, the pit was 300 or more. I normally cook them for 1.25 hours, but I kept this cook at one hours, because I knew I would be reheating several, as there was only a couple of us watching the game, and we're all watching our weight. If I knew there would be no leftovers, I would have cooked them the additional 15 minutes and probably would have gotten a nicer smoke ringHow long were they in, what temp?

Maria's mild Italian. They also make spicy, but I'm the only one in our house that likes the spicyChuck, were those brats, mild Italians, or both? I'd certainly have a couple!
