    Looking for a basic mop to use on a 14lbs full packer? Neighbors invited us over for Thanksgiving dinner, and they asked that I "smoke something".     Charcoal baskets?

    Anyone know where I can order a pair of the Weber Charcoal baskets? I'd seen them quite frequently on Amazon this summer/fall but can find them anywhere now.

    Getting the dust off!

    Living in western Michigan (and with 25" of snow YTD) tomorrow is supposed to have a high of 44. Got three racks of BB and a 6.5lbs picnic just iching to get out on that smoker. Supposed to have some wind to go with, but with my wind block set up, should have a nice day to make the neighbors...

    Enemy #1 - wind

    Started two butts (7lbs each) at 6:30 am today. Looked liked it might be a great day (put 3 racks of BB on at noon also), then the dreaded wind came up. 20-30 mph gusts, even my wind block won't help in keeping the temps steady. Up until about 11:00 am, the temp was holding 250 at the lid...
