    2-2-1 for six back racks?

    I use the 2-2-1 method for my baby backs when cooking 2-3 racks. I will be cooking 6 this weekend... 3 on top, 3 on bottom. Does 2-2-1 still work or does it need to be longer?

    Cooking for 20

    How many baby backs and .lbs of pulled pork for 24 adults and 6 kids? I am having plenty of sides. 1 year birthday party for my twin boys or as I like to refer to them as my little smokies!

    How did this happen?

    How did this happen? <UL TYPE=SQUARE><LI>fired up the smoker at 9pm <LI>by 10pm, stabilized with meat on at 225 <LI>at 11pm, opened all three vents 10-20%, set max smoker temp on my ET-73 at 270 degrees. I know this is way high, but I didn't want to get up unless there was a real problem...

    need tenderloin tips

    I am strongly considering smoking a whole beef tenderloin this weekend. I see very few posts about this. Chris has his experience in cooking topics and it is good. Any other thoughts? Is it worth the money?
