How many baby backs and .lbs of pulled pork for 24 adults and 6 kids? I am having plenty of sides.

1 year birthday party for my twin boys or as I like to refer to them as my little smokies!

Let's see ...

Pulled Pork - 15~20lbs uncooked will yield 1/4~1/3lb each.

Ribs - 8 racks will yield about 4 ribs each.


If you did 3 7lb butts and 10 racks, you'd have plenty plus leftovers ... yummy yummy leftovers.
