Weber Smoque Does anyone know anything about this, other than what’s on the website? It appears to have the same for. Factor as the Searwood, but without the sear station. It used a different firebox and May produce more Smokey flavor. Lastly is its significantly cheaper than the searwood..

I just purchased the griddle accessory for my Genesis gas grill. I think I might keep,it set up in that mode, then use my kettle for grilling and BBq. OR I will get the Searwood for my smoker and grill.

Where did you get it? I haven’t seen any retailer around here it in stock.

How do you set up your fire for cooking with your rotisserie?

So how do you set up your coals to cook that? Did you use charcoal baskets directly under the bird?
