    My WSM Work Bench.

    Here is my set up in use today. 8 lb pork butt is on and 2 racks of ribs in the on deck circle.

    Cutting Notch in 18.5 WSM

    I used a dremel with ametal cutoff wheel for my notch. I place mine so that it can sit on the workbench that I made and be out of the way. Just make sure that the placement makes sense for you. I used tape and marked my cut with a sharpie as a guide. It's so easy and works really well. Good luck.

    My WSM Work Bench.

    Hey Matt- I'll use the cover. The table sides lift right off and I'll unscrew the 2 main legs and stow them and put the cover on until the next smoke. It's just one more tiny step when you wind a smoke down. Friday is the maiden voyage and I'll post a couple of pics next week.

    I have a fitting on the underside that the rod screws into. It's pretty darn sturdy but if I need more support in the future Rockler sells fold down adjustable legs. It was a last minute rainy day project.
