Hi all,
I already posted some messages and spammemd some poeple with private messages but I realized I din't properly introduce my self. So here we go...
I'm Uipko, and I'm living in te Netherlands close to Delft. I'm using my OTS 47 for several years now with the necessary (weber) accessories like (beer can) chicken holder, pizza stone etc.
My favorite recepies at the moments are:
2-2-1 baby racks
lambs rack with mustard crust
beer can chicken
the perfect hamburger
pizza
I couple of moths a go I found the fall-off-the-bone ribs recipe. Because of this a got interested in low and slow cooking/smoking and into pid controllers. Because the more advanced ones are pretty expensive I search for a nice DIY project and this is how I ended up on this forum. My Heatermeter4.0 is technically ready, still have to check/tune the probes and receive the 3D printed case from Matt. Can't wait to fully assemble it.
In the daily live I'm a software engineer (mainly JAVA & Android). To keep my weight within reasonable limits I like to make tours on my recumbent bike.
