Thank you for sharing. These instructions, along with a few cleaning procedures from another thread, have helped me get my Weber Q back to its former glory.

Q2000 Low Flame Fixes and Fuel Comparison

Thank you for sharing. The past few months my Q's performance has been steadily declining. I cleaned the spider screen, each of the burner holes, and reset the regulator. It's now as good as new.

Pitstop BBQ Wakefield 10 Vernon St Wakefield, MA 01880 http://pitstopbbqwakefield.com/ This is my favorite place in the area. I've tried their pork, chicken, brisket, fried chicken sandwiches, and burgers. It's all great! There's a good selection of sides, too. On busier days, there's...

    Kale Chips

I tried some packaged kale chips from Trader Joe's and I was not a fan. If those were the first ones I tried then I would have refused to try this recipe!

    Kale Chips

TIP: Use a smoke log to record your info!

Printable spreadsheet I created a simple spreadsheet to record temperatures, vent positions, and notes over time. I usually keep it on a clipboard next to my thermometer receiver so that I can keep a record. I usually keep track of the meat, seasonings, results, etc on a separate sheet. If...

    Pizza Kettle Maiden Voyage

My parents bought me a Pizza Kettle for Christmas. I was sick of waiting for spring, so I took it out on the first warm-ish Saturday. The setup. It was about 40 degrees outside -- the warmest weekend in awhile. The first pizza. Certainly some room for improvement: we stretched the...

    Massachusetts > Arlington: Blue-Ribbon BBQ

I tried a plate with pulled pork, brisket, and jerked chicken. Everything was very good. Generous portions, at least two or three meals in each platter. Good for take-out or catering. There are tables to sit and eat there, too. Very positive Yelp reviews, too. http://blueribbonbbq.com/

    Any Good Rice Recipes ???

Barberries are very good, if you can find them. In Farsi, they're called Zereshk so in a speciality store that is what you might see on the the package. Fry them in a pan with sugar and butter and sprinkle them on top of white rice.

    Sunday night football

That was a good game. It's been awhile since we've played a close game like that. It made the free Dunkins this morning taste even better.

    Hello from Boston!

Hello from a few miles north. I set up my Weber Smokey Mountain this weekend and am planning on using it to smoke a pork butt this weekend. Any tips on where to find meat? I've read that BJ's has a decent selection. I've already struck out at Stop & Shop, Shaw's, and Market Basket.
