    Looking at a new Genesis.....

After MUCH thought and research I bought the ep-330 last year (steel gray). All I can say is that I have NO regrets. Absolutely love it. I would stay away from the SS if you like to keep your grills looking pristine on the exterior. Not that it can't be done with SS... but definitely more work...

Thinking about consolidating down to ONE cooker...

Glad I posted...thinking I'll stick with my current (Genesis ep-330, WSM and OTG) setup! Yes, the taste off the kettle and WSM is definitely a step up from a gasser...and I LOVE cooking on them when I have time...and I know the busyness that is keeping me away from them will end! Thanks guys...

Thinking about consolidating down to ONE cooker...

Well, I have a 22.5 OTG and hardly use it for 2 reasons... not enough time to fuss with charcoal, and not enough grill space. The Performer might be ALMOST as easy as gas... but the lack of room would not work for me most of the time... we have a big family and have people over quite often...

Thinking about consolidating down to ONE cooker...

Hey guys... first of all, I am ONLY thinking about this... please don't flame me! I currently have a 2011 Weber Genesis ep-330 (which I love), a 22.5 WSM and a 22.5 OTG. Between work, kids and church we are on the go A LOT!! Although, I love the WSM and Kettle, I just don't get to use...

    Weber EP 330

I've had the EP 330 (steel gray) for a few months now. I love it!! I have had NO problem feeding 20-25 people dinner from it... of course, it depends on what you are cooking. If you are going to cook up 20 burgers, grilled corn on the cob, along with brats and some chicken... then of course...

For those trying to decide between the 18.5 & 22.5 WSM

Just wanted to share my experience... prior to selling last month, I was the proud owner of the 18.5 WSM for 6-7 years. Although I LOVED my "lil' guy", I was always finding myself annoyed by the lack of space when doing large cooks, or wanting to lay ribs flat. After much research (including...

    Roadside Chicken

WOW!! I've seen this recipe on this forum for years now... never tried it until last night... all I can say is it was AWESOME!!! More often than not, I am not a big fan of grilled chicken (just to bland for me), but this recipe has changed that! Seriously, if you have not cooked up some of this...

    Stacking Grates

My last experience with a rib rack was a let down... it was probably the rack that i used... everything was so tight that things were sticking together... a real pain. What brand of rib rack would you suggest? How many slabs of ribs can you get on your smoker at one time? Are you smoking on...

    Stacking Grates

WOW! Those ribs look GOOD!! And it doesn't appear that anythings been "squishing" them down... I like!! Looks like i'll be picking up a top grate later today. Also, I was messing around with my smoker yesterday, and it appears you can do the same thing on the bottom grate. May take a little...
