Yet Another Tri Tip

Can't help myself, they are my favorite thing to cook, one of my favorite things to eat and the weather was beautiful again today.

Some artichokes, tri tip seasoned with some Tatonka Dust and some ranch style beans on the Santa Maria Pit using Red Oak wood.

Artichokes with 3 types of dipping sauces, mayo, garlic, lime. Mayo lime, garlic, and one butter, garlic, lime

Love Artichokes..Never grilled them though. A must try...Love the dipping sauces aswell. But hey the Tri steals the show! Awesome!
