Just a simple comfort food supper, used maple for smoke with RO Lump minioned. Loaded room temp meat immediately and let come up to 300 till they felt and looked right. They turned out great, skin was between bite through and crispy.

That is some of the best looking skin I've ever seen come off a grill. You really nailed that.
 
That's great looking skin! Other than getting the pieces to room temp, and putting on some rub, got any other pointers to share? Gotta say I'm jealous!

275-325 temp for 2.5-3.5 hrs after the chicken as aired out on a rack is all I do.
