After seeing a picture of Yakitori Chicken on a recent thread I did some research and thought this cook would be a good first cook on my Smokey Joe which I got for Christmas.
Here is an action picture:

The sauce included Sake Wine, Soy Sauce, Mirin, Honey, Ginger and Garlic. Here the chicken thighs and the sauce are getting to know each other:

I basted the chicken during the first part of the cook:

Don't be mad at me that I don't have any of that white stuff in my yard.

Served the chicken over brown rice with Sweet Chili Sauce, Roasted Sesame Seeds and Cilantro.
