So decided to do a little Asian tonight. Got some sirloin cut up, and marinating in Five Spice Powder, Teriyaki Sauce, and some Sriracha

Got the OTG going hot with mounded Stubbs, about an inch below the grate. All veggies getting jiggy with a splash of Teriyaki, some rice wine vinegar and Soy

Looks great bill. Love all the veggies you threw in there. Did you get that saki from Costco? I saw it there today and over heard someone saying it was really good.

Don't get Yuengling out in these parts as far as I know. But we don't get great food like that either. Very nice.

It looked like that bottle. This Costco sells johnny walker blue label and don julio something fancy.

Awsome Bill!(as always ofc) Really dig your style of cooking. Long time since i did a wok myself so its about time.

Love it! Nice looking asian food Bill!
Why you did not put your wok into a hole in the grates?
