Winter temparatures can't stop us from grilling.



First I made Broccoli beer cheese soup in the dutch oven




And the I grilled salmon topped with sweet potato mash on spicy wood.

Love that set up Soren. That's my dream, to have a nice grilling area like that some day. The soup looks so good and love the salmon with the sweet potato mashed. Very creative. My wife's family is from Denmark.
