Wings

Just purchased a napolean rotisserie basket for my performer to do wings in. My question is should i use one weber coal basket off to the side or one on each side? Ive noticed the gas grills with rotisserie burners is only one burner in back. Thanks

If you use a basket to roto wings do they tumble around or are they strapped in like a flat basket? , if tumbling it may knock the spices off.

Let us know your thoughts on the results! I've never used that method but I'd try both baskets on my first attempt.

Picture? I’ve considered the basket (cylinder style) but, since I‘d have to hand wash it it seems like a lot more work than I want to invest. Just a lazy guy here.

I am a BIG Vortex fan for all chicken parts, including my favorites, wings! ABT's work perfectly with the Vortex, also!

Easy, peasy, PERFECT! That's the Vortex!!

Thanks to suggestions here, I learned that an inverted vortex with the coals around the outside of it is great for a whole chicken or, in my case, a turkey.
