Wings using the vortex

Have been enjoying learning to do wings with the vortex. Really gives wings a super texture. These were smoked with cherry and apple for about 35 min at a steady 375°

Thanks Rich. Those were rubbed with Code3 spices 5-O rub and finished with their Patriot sauce.
