One trick pony? Well maybe kind of....

I wanted some clam chowder but that will be tomorrow.... threw on some wings, a few potatoes, & a gigantic onion:

Smoking some (baked) potatoes for snacks, maybe one or two will go into tomorrow's clam chowder:

This is Sweet Baby Ray's brought to a simmer & then cooled with some habanero sauce:

The wings were more smoked than usual but I kind of liked it. I screwed up my first batch of sauce & threw it out (I expected the shaker lid to be in on my dehydrated chopped onion).

Thanks Guys :)

Stone is a rare treat (I bought their book and have their recipes), and I don't think I've ever had anything from Lagunitas (sp?) but I keep seeing all the pics here----the Lagunita's reminded me of a clone I brewed of DogFishHead's 60 minute IPA or maybe their 90 minute IPA. I had a quick job in Denver this Tuesday/Wednesday so I brought back a few souvenirs.

Great looking wings Clint! Haven't done wings in a long long time, but got some in the freezer so any time now.

Great wings. I use sweet baby rays with dark chili powder and red pepper flakes. I like the idea of habanero sauce though.

You arent the first one to think the lid was on a spice. 1 tbsp turns into 1 cup real fast ;)
