Friday night dinner consists of wings, marinated in Wickers and seasoned with Montreal Chicken
Seasoning and a little Garlic Pepper. Kielbasa, corn on the cob and rings will finish out tonight’s menu.
The cob was coated with EEOO and seasoned with Garlic Pepper and Penzeys 4S.
Wings and cob put onto the Performer, using RO lump and 1 chunk of oak.
Wings were sauced with a spicy sauce that a friend of my wife who lives in Texas sent her.
It is called Rudy’s Bar BQ Sause.
Wings and corn are done.

Kielbasa put onto the Performer.
Kielbasa is done.

Delicious and easy Friday night dinner with very few leftovers! This also gave me the opportunity
to try out my new 40mm Nikkor Micro lens. I definitely believe that I am going to enjoy this lens!
