I wish I could say I was happy every time I saw somebody posting their wing cooks, but it just reminded me how long it's been since I've done mine!

Here they are after about 30 minutes.... hickory I think was the smoke

Partially tossed. The sauce was Franks Redhot Wings, a little granulated garlic & onion, pepper, sesame oil, habanero sauce, red pepper flakes, & corn starch to thicken it up a little:

On the plate. We would've liked more, but that's all there was at the store this morning.

Yumm! Great Looking wings! Reminds me I have some in the freezer that need cooking!

Those are some fine looking plates. I'm with you. I want wings every time I see these posts.

You're one of them! Tempter! ;)

Yeah it has been a while since you did some wings. I remember on one your older threads calling you the wing man because you were doing them so often. Those wings do look good.

I will fight for my title! :)

Instead of Ding Ding I'll say Wing Wing

Clint, fine looking wings, love you're mixture for the sauce, not for the faint of heart!!
Great job,
Tim

The wing man is back! Killer wings too! I've got some drumsticks in a spicy brine for this weekend :)
